Having always had an interest in sport, Becky first joined a gym in her early teens and was hooked! Now a fully-qualified PT with experience working for a national gym chain, Becky is offering 1-to-1 and paired personal training at the Fitness Garage.
Becky’s clients sometimes have experience of attending large gyms and appreciate the privacy and supportive environment of the Fitness Garage. They may be looking for extra guidance when visiting a gym and using fitness equipment.
The goals of Becky’s clients vary but can include muscle toning and weight loss. Working with Becky, their fitness plan – which varies from client to client – may include functional workouts, HIIT sessions and strength training.
A number of Becky’s PT clients train with her once a week to build upon their own individual workouts at members’ gyms. Becky is keen to work with individuals, couples, family members or groups of friends who would like the support and encouragement of a small group training setup.
