Amazing place to work! Allows all trainers to have their own personal space. Lots of equipment and if you need any help or questions they are very responsive and want to help anyway they can! I would highly recommend using this facility and all other trainers are really friendly too.

Excellent gym, the set up is brilliant! There is loads of equipment so you never feel like you don’t have access to what you need; plus they regularly add new pieces. The booking system is great! straightforward and flexible, easy to see what is available, make changes, and keep track of your bookings. The gym has a really good atmosphere, everyone is very welcoming, perfect space for clients to feel comfortable whilst training.
I love teaching at The Fitness Garage. I teach 50 plus pilates and fitness so it’s important that the venue is clean and warm. Very friendly, supportive and welcoming team – not just to me but to my class members too. The Fitness Garage upstairs studio is a great space for group or 1:1 yoga classes. There are bricks, blankets and straps there to be used, dimmable lights, a speaker if you wish to play music, and it’s always clean. Andy, Clare and the wider Fitness Garage team are so responsive, approachable and helpful; I was a brand new yoga teacher when I started teaching at FG and felt really well supported, and well-equipped in the studio space.
It is an absolute pleasure to teach Yoga at the Fitness Garage and the team have made me feel very welcome throughout my time here. The studio is a great space to hold my classes with the extra heating and ambient lighting making it a perfect space for all 3 styles I teach … Andy and Steve are great to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend The Fitness Garage to anyone!
Fantastic gym, great atmosphere and brilliant equipment! I have been personal training and teaching classes at the Fitness Garage for around 6 months. I have thoroughly enjoyed it and the way I can engage with my clients. The studio is spilt into different zones meaning I can plan and structure my session knowing it’s going to be available instead of being in a busy gym. This means I can give my clients more attention and working on their form and techniques. The equipment is the best around and it means my clients get the best possible service.
The gym and studio is well stocked with individual pods for each trainer and their clients, with an ever-growing array of equipment, if something isn’t in there it’s not worth having. The atmosphere is both friendly and comfortable for both trainers and clients. The owners Andy and Steve are great to work with, communication is fantastic and they are supportive and helpful in all their trainers’ businesses.
