Our small group personal training classes provide access to a personal trainer with a community vibe that keeps it fun and motivating. You’ll want to come back for more.
Maybe you’ve tried training by yourself but struggle with staying consistent, developing the correct technique and generally staying focussed on the journey towards your personal goals.
In a group, everyone has their own goals but you won’t be journeying alone and your progress will be monitored every step of the way.
Personal trainer, Ollie Holtam, delivers daily small group personal training sessions. Ollie has over fifteen years’ experience working in the fitness industry and runs twenty small group sessions each week. For a fixed monthly price, clients can attend sessions every weekday for roughly the same cost as one or two individual PT sessions a week.
