Personal Trainer
Focus goals:
Personal training | Hyrox training | Building gym confidence | Event-specific training
What motivates personal trainer, Luke Bobek, more than anything is a desire to help people. He is equally committed whether he is working with experienced gym-goers training for a specific fitness goal or if he is building confidence with clients who are completely new to a gym environment and want to learn correct lifting techniques.
Luke wants all his clients to enjoy getting and staying fit and loves supporting them to be the best they can be, whether that is achieving their first ever pull-up or running a marathon. He leads by example too; as well as inspiring his clients to achieve their full potential, Luke also enjoys taking on new fitness challenges himself. He enjoys – if enjoys is the right word! – running marathons, and has travelled as far as Brighton to take part in runs, as well as the Rob Burrows Marathon, slightly closer to home. He also took part in his first Hyrox fitness competition in autumn 2025.
Luke brings a strong fitness knowledge to his sessions; he has a sports-related degree and has worked as a fitness instructor and personal trainer for a number of years. A qualified Pilates instructor, he has also taught spin classes, and HIIT sessions.
